Children Watch Foundation (CWF), in collaboration with Green Voice, organized the Certification and Recognition Ceremony for the Youth Leadership Development Workshop 2026 on 20 April 2026, celebrating the achievements of young women who successfully completed a three-day mentorship workshop.
The workshop was conducted under CWF’s Women’s Equity and Action Wing and brought together aspiring young women from diverse universities and colleges. The three-day mentorship programme focused on strengthening professional development, leadership skills, confidence, communication, and personal growth, providing participants with knowledge and skills to support their academic, professional, and leadership journeys.
During the ceremony, members of the CWF Scholar Team were recognized and awarded certificates for successfully completing the programme. The event celebrated their commitment to learning, leadership, and personal development while encouraging them to use their skills to contribute positively to their communities.
Through initiatives such as this, CWF continues to promote women’s empowerment and youth leadership by creating opportunities for young women to develop their potential, strengthen their voices, and emerge as confident future leaders.
