Children Watch Foundation (CWF), in collaboration with Green Voice, organized a three-day Capacity Building Workshop on Enhancing Development Skills for Youth Leadership from 6 to 8 April 2026 at the BAPA Office in Dhaka.
Conducted under CWF’s Women’s Equity and Action Wing, the workshop brought together aspiring young women and focused on strengthening their leadership, professional development, communication, teamwork, and personal development skills.
Through interactive sessions, mentoring, and practical learning activities, participants were encouraged to build confidence, develop their leadership potential, and enhance the skills needed to contribute effectively to their communities and future professional roles.
The initiative reflected CWF’s continued commitment to women’s empowerment and youth leadership, creating opportunities for young women to strengthen their capacities, develop their voices, and become confident and socially responsible future leaders.
